What gets deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove from our database and backups (within 30 days):
- Your FixAdSpend account profile (name, email, role, password hash)
- All OAuth access tokens we hold for Meta, Google, and Shopify on your behalf
- Any ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative data we synced for you
- All AI engine outputs, audit findings, recommendations, and decision logs tied to your account
- All connection metadata (which platforms you connected, when, last sync time)
- Any contact form submissions, support emails, and waitlist entries linked to your email
We do not retain backups beyond 30 days, so deletion is permanent. Anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., "X% of brands have duplicate keywords") that cannot be tied back to you may be retained for product improvement.
How to request deletion
Send an email to admin@fixadspend.ai from the email address you used to sign up. Subject line: "Delete my data". This is the simplest path and works for all of our users.
Open deletion request email →You'll get a reply from us confirming we received your request, along with a short verification step (a unique link we email back to you) to make sure the request is genuinely from you and not someone who's gained access to your inbox.
Once we've verified your identity, we permanently delete everything listed above from our active database. Backups age out and overwrite within 30 days. You'll get one final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Revoking Meta (Facebook) access on your side
In addition to having us delete your data, you can revoke FixAdSpend's access to your Meta ad accounts directly from Facebook. This stops future syncs immediately, independently of your deletion request:
- Go to facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations
- Find "FixAdSpend" in the list of connected apps
- Click "Remove" or "View and edit" → Remove
Revoking on Facebook's side stops us from being able to pull any new data, but doesn't delete what we've already stored — you still need to email us for full deletion.
Revoking Google Ads access on your side
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find "FixAdSpend" under "Third-party apps with account access"
- Click "Remove Access"
Revoking Shopify access on your side
- Open your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
- Find "FixAdSpend"
- Click "Uninstall"
