Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge on any monthly subscription tier — no questions asked. Email admin@fixadspend.ai from the email address on your account and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

2. Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time — you keep access until the period ends.

3. Brand packs and spend packs

Add-on brand packs and spend packs are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins because we provision the capacity immediately. You can cancel future renewals at any time from Billing & plan.

4. What's not refundable

• Any month after the 14-day window on monthly subscriptions.
• Charges for ad spend on Google Ads or Meta Ads — those are billed by the ad platforms directly, not by us.
• Chargebacks: we reserve the right to suspend accounts that initiate chargebacks instead of contacting support first.

5. How to cancel

Cancel anytime from /dashboard/upgrade → Manage subscription. Your account stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then automatically downgrades to the FREE tier. No data is deleted — your campaigns and history remain accessible.
